Abstract

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the continuous improvement scheme at OKD, a.s. The theoretical part focuses on the origin and history of the continuous improvement scheme, followed by an identification and the simple description of some methods of continuous improvement scheme. Its practical part characterizes CI project at OKD and outcomes of these activities are described. In the conclusion, we can find an analysis of the actual situation CI at OKD.
