Abstract
This theses deals with the possibility of using artificial infiltration in Rožnov
pod Radhoštěm during the drought. Artificial infiltration is the installation of surface water into underground water, which is subsequently pumped and used for waterwork purposes. At the site of interest, this technology has been used in the past by irrigation from the river Rožnovská Bečva via the system of sedimentary ponds and irrigation channels, but due to the deterioration of groundwater quality, it was subsequently canceled. In the context of the thesis there was an experiment in the form of field measurements using a double ring infiltrometer at 6 locations. The goal of the thesis was to evaluate the soil permeability in the given territory using Phillip´s equations.
