Vybudování hornicko-geologické expozice v prostorách bývalého dolu Terezie ve Slezské Ostravě

Abstract

The theoretical-methodical part of the here presented Diploma Thesis addresses the history of coal mining in the Ostrava region. This chapter describes the history of mining up to the present day, and also localities of the Ostrava-Karviná Region (OKD) which are the only black coal producing sites in the Czech republic. The applied-verifiable part summarizes all available information about former black coal mine Terezie. Besides other things, an exposition of mining and geology, located in the area of the former mine, was suggested. This exposition is particularly focused on mining lighting. The main part of the Diploma thesis represents author’s photographs with the prospective exhibits, which might be presented to the general schema_dspacedb.
