Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to streamline the standard production process in the CSS spare parts department. The theoretical part introduces the company SSI-Schäfer, where the work is solved. Subsequently, the term process with its proper properties is characterized. The next part defines the improvement methodologies of the business process. At the end of the theoretical part is described process modeling, modeling tools and flow chart with BPMN notation. The practical part analyzes the current state of the process of manufacturing spare parts for standard and non-standard situations. With the identified differences are formulated proposals that can be used to streamline the production process in the standard situation. Subsequently, the proposed solution is evaluated.
