Zdravotní rizika při nástřiku armatur

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of possible risks when employees work with protegol, which is used for spraying. The evaluation carried out is for AG group Dolní Benešov. The Bachelor's thesis includes not only evaluating these risks and then proposing measures to reduce them, but also categorization and beyond the work created directive for these workers. The first part of the paper contains information on both the company, the safety of employees and the corrosion I further discuss the technologies used and the said substance protegol. In the second part of the work I focus on the risk assessment of workers itself, the dismantling of dangerous agents and the drafting of measures. The third and final part of the work is the evaluation using the FMEA method. The main outcome of the work is the health risk assessment in the form of a table for a better and clearer understanding of the risks and the secondary output is a directive that deals with the safety of the entire area where the substance is handled.
