Abstract

The subject of the thesis 'Family House in Dobrá' is an elaboration of the project documentation of building a family house located in village Dobrá. The family house is located in a neighbourhood of family dwellings located at the entrance to the village. The concept of this house is centred around the sociable and interactive aspect of family life. This is achieved by including a compact open space on the ground floor, a generous gallery. The proposed gallery emphasises the importance of the space as a social core of the house. It also offers maximum interconnection of the exterior and interior. The character of the construction is emphasised by the material used on the facade - bull pine wood. The basis of the elaboration of this documentation was an architectonic study (ATT I.) and a documentation for a construction permit (ATT Va.).
