Abstract
My thesis is called „The KAIZEN Way to Success“. The aim of my thesis is to describe a few possibilities to implement KAIZEN as a method in an engineering company. This thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is dedicated in continual improvement and KAIZEN strategy. Benefits of this method I described in practical part. I‘ve analyzed the systém of continual improvement and I proposed a few systems of innovation of the 5S method and the KAIZEN method.
