Abstract

The Master´s thesis is composed of two parts – the constructional part and the building services part. The first constructional part deals with the project documentation of a home for elderly complying with the requirements of respective norms. The second building services part deals with balanced pressure forced ventilation with recuperation and heating including hot water heating by means of a air – water heat pump. The drafted heating system is a low temperature one with heating bodies. The main goal of this Master´s thesis is to lower the energy performance of the building. The Master´s thesis includes text, drawings and supplements.
