Úloha statutárního města Ostrava při financování veřejných služeb

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of expenditures from the budget of the city of Ostrava on selected public services in the period 2013-2017. Local public services in the area of public transport, municipal waste and public green areas were chosen for the analysis. The thesis evaluates the financing criteria of these services and the standards that the individual services provide according to the valid legislation. The thesis evaluates the share of expenditures of individual selected public services from the budget of the city of Ostrava, the total share of selected public services from the city budget and the evaluation of the expenditure per one inhabitant of the city of Ostrava. The methods of analysis, data collection, deduction and induction were used.
