Návrh implementace metody 5S na vybraném provozu společnosti vyrábějící náhradní díly pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on creating a proposal for the implementation of the 5S methodology for a specific department in company producing spare parts for automotive industry. The aim is to adapt the proposal of implementation of 5S principles just to company and specific department requirements, which should help to improve the current situation. Theoretical part of the selected problematics is in the first part, which desbribes the continuity of lean manufacturing through Kaizen system and Gemba Kaizen to the individual steps of 5S method and its benefits. The practical part includes the introduction of the company for which the design has been created, analysis of the current situation and finally a proposal to implement each step of the 5S method to the selected department is created.
