Problematika nákupní činnosti ve výrobním družstvu ZLATNÍK

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je „Problematika nákupní činnosti ve výrobním druţstvu Zlatník“. Hlavním cílem práce je seznámení se s činnostmi nákupního oddělení v tomto druţstvu. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou teoreticky popsány úkoly nákupu a činnosti nákupního procesu. Zároveň kaţdá kapitola podrobně popisuje veškeré činnosti tak, jak v druţstvu skutečně probíhají. V části kapitoly, která se zabývá analýzou stávajících dodavatelů, jsou uvedeny konkrétní příklady metod hodnocení dodavatelů. Poslední kapitolou je zhodnocení a závěr, který shrnuje vše, co bylo zjištěno a obsahuje návrhy vhodných opatření v tomto druţstvu.

The topic of this theiis is „Issues of Producer Cooperative Purchase Activities in the producer cooperative Zlatník“. The main goal is to get acquainted with the activities of the purchasing department in this team. The chapters are theoretically described the tasks of purchase and activities of purchase proceedings. Each chapter also describes in detail all the activities as they actually taking place in the cooperative. In the charter that with the analysis of existing suppliers, provided concrete examples of methods for evalution of suppliers. The final charter is an assessment and conclusion, which sum sup everything that was found and contains proposals for appropriate measures in this team.
