Abstract

The diploma thesis is the evaluation of retail merchandising activities. My goal is to determine merchandising activities of PROFIMED stores, their evaluation, the draft of possible changes to the presentation of merchandise in the store and the impact of changes in customer behavior. At the same time to evaluate how the company is trying attract attention to the customer directly in the shop .
