Návrh úpravy budicích obvodů a náhrady budicího měniče trakčních DC motorů lokomotivy

Abstract

V práci je popsáno základní rozdělení budících obvodů používaných v elektrické trakci a jsou zde uvedeny příklady použitých regulačních obvodů, včetně jejich regulačních možností. Dále je popsán hrubý algoritmus návrhu měniče, včetně návrhu napájecího filtru, dimenzování hodnot spínacích prvků a v neposlední řadě je proveden návrh chlazení polovodičových spínačů, včetně podrobných výpočtů na základě odvozených vzorců. Práce se taktéž zabývá porovnáním původního a navrhovaného řešení v kontextu s potřebami vybavenosti lokomotiv.

The work describes the basic distribution of excitation circuits used in electric traction, and there are examples of control systems used, including their regulatory options. It is also described rough algorithm design converters, including draft power filter design values of switching elements and last but not least, the design of a cooling of semiconductor switches, including detailed calculations based on the derived formulas. The paper also presents a comparison of original and proposed solutions in the context of the needs of the equipment of locomotives.
