Návrhy změn způsobu nabývání vlastnických a jiných věcných práv k nemovitostem

Abstract

This diploma work is in engaged in real estate register, especially in acquisition of proprietary and another right in rem to immovable. First part describes historical progress of real estate register. The main knowledge was from period 1871 to 1950, in which exist land registers. In next part is analyzed current enactment in Czech Republic and shown insufficiency of this enactment. Fundamental part of work displays possible future and pointed to possible changes in real estate register. Last part of diploma work compare current status of real estate register with status after proposed changes, part includes economical estimation of proposed changes.
