Zuzana Stefanovová Ph.D. Rok obhajoby: 2013 Annotation: As a subject of my diploma work "The communication strategy of the organization" is to explain the point and impact of communication strategy and to propose such communication strategy, which helps with improvement of organization relationships and get to awareness of the general schema_dspacedb. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part is focused on theoretical specification of the issue, to which I took advantage of the available literature. The second part of the diploma work contains the analysis of external and internal environment and in additional the research, related to the hypothesis of the diploma work. Based on received results, I make proposal of communication strategy recommendations for the organization.
