Finanční analýza firmy ve strojírenském odvětví

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést poměrovou analýzu podniku Armatury Group a.s. Zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Armatury Group a.s. a porovnat ji se dvěma konkurenčními podniky (MSA Dolní Benešov a.s. a Armaturka Krnov).

Celá práce je sktukturovaná do několika kapitol. V druhé kapitole je uvedena základní charakteristika finanční analýzy, její význam a využití, zdroje dat a uživatelé finanční analýzy.

Následuje třetí kapitola, kde jsou teoreticky popsány jednotlivé poměrové ukazatele rentability, likvidity, aktivity a stability.

Poslední, čtvrtá kapitola je věnována praktické části, kterou tvoří jednotlivé výpočty ukazatelů společnosti Armatury Group a.s., jejich hodnocení a porovnání s odvětvovou konkurencí.

Závěr shrnuje finanční vývoj společnosti a ukazuje, že se jedná o silnou a stabilní firmu.

The aim of thesis is to implement a proportionate analysis firm Armatury Group a.s. Assess financial situation Armatury Group a.s. and compare it with two competing firms (MSA Dolní Benešov a.s. a Armaturka Krnov).

All work is sktukturovaná into several chapters. In the second chapter is given a basic overview of the financial analysis, its importance and use of, data sources and users of financial analysis.

Here is a third chapter, where the theory describes the individual ratios of profitability, liquidity, activity and stability.

Last, the fourth chapter is devoted to the practical part, consisting of various indicators of calculations Armatury Group a.s., their evaluation and comparison with sectoral competition.

Conclusion summarizes the financial development of the company and shows that a strong and stable company.
