Abstract

The goal of submitted bachelor thesis: „Employee Motivation in the Selected Organization“ is to analyze the applied stimulation instruments to assess their impact on employee motivation. The bachelor work itself has got several parts. The theoretical part focuses on knowledge of the professional literature about employee motivation. In this section are defined basic terms, selected motivation theories and stimulation instruments. The theoretical part is followed by practical part. In the practical part is introduced selected company – ŽDB Drátovna Inc. The following chapter of practical part focuses on the analysis of data gained by a questionnaire search. In the last chapter are formulated recommendations for the company, that can minimize problems in the area of employee motivation.
