Abstract

This master's thesis contains study apply to provision of emergency assistance in a multi – ethnic environment. At first, there are theoretical basics of problems, as a multiculturalism, migration and emergency assistance. Second part describes European emergency number 112 and tries to analyse problems relating to multi-language's emergency calls. It also contains options for improvement. Result of this thesis is suggestion of a handbook, which could ease dialog between foreigner and emergency number operator.
