Abstract

The aim of this thesis was based on survey methods to analyze the current state of remuneration, motivation and education of employees in the financial administration of the Czech Republic. The first part contains theoretical knowledge about remuneration, motivation and education at institutions. Following chapter summarizes performances of the selected institution and information about the current situation of these three fields. The last section is about the practical analysis and suggested recommendations.
