Dostupnost bydlení ve vybraných zemích během koronakrize

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis is focused on housing availability in the Czech republic, Poland, Austria and Slovakia. The main goal was to compare impact of the coronavirus crisis to a change of availability of owner-occupied and rented housing. In the theoretical part of thesis is description of economical background of selected countries and offering prices of family houses, flats and rental prices. These prices were obtained from real estate servers of selected countries. The evaluation was performed by using the method of comparison of ratios. In the selected countries was detected low availability of owner-occupied and rented housing. Coronavirus crisis had different impact to the selected real estates markets in connection with the growth rate of wages, real estate prices and government support.
