Abstract
At the beginning I explain basic notions as Claims, Obligation, Delay, limitation of action etc. I prosecute with description the ways of Security and Proceeding. The last theoretic chapter I will attend to Inflation. In the next chapter I will get analysis of variants of Security and ways of Proceeding with SWOT analysis with Regard to the Time Effect. From the own produce I will choose the most effective instruments. In the last charter I will show Hazards of bad Decisions, I’ll do analysis of part Payment and create File of Recommendations, which answer for prevention.
