Logistická koncepce nového skladu materiálu ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to summarize the knowledge in the area of warehouse management and on the principle of that to design and then consider the construction of a new warehouse for Tomšů Ltd. and the impact on the company's logistics concept, including the determination of economic appreciation. The first part of the thesis deals with issues of a theoretical point of view and focuses on storage systems and subsequently on investment. The second part examines the issue of the current warehouse and the reason why it does not fit, which is followed by the proposal of new storage space, investment proposal and calculation of its economic efficiency evaluation. In conclusion, all the results, including their discussion, are written for the possibility of realization of the proposal from this thesis.
