Analýza rentability společnosti IMOS Brno, a. s.

Abstract

The objective of the bachelor's work is to evaluate analysis of profitability of the company IMOS Brno, Inc. in time period of five years; from 2005 to 2009. Bachelor's work is divided into three main parts. In the first part is described methodology of financial analysis and importance of profitability ratios. In the second part is introduced company IMOS Brno, Inc., its basic facts and organization structure. There is also made horizontal and vertical analysis of balance sheet, statement profit and loss. The third chapter is focused on practical part of work. It includes analysis of profitability by the help of ratio indicators, compared with the industry, Du Pont´s analysis of Return on Equity and Return on Assets and calculation of index IN05. In the end is summary of the results of the analysis.
