Abstract

There is a fact that companies must fight off increasingly competition, therefore are managers and business analyst pushed to reach quick decision with the highest accuracy and responsibility. To be able to reach effective decisions is necessary to have enough of strategic informations hidden in huge data quantity supplied by the company departments. This thesis explain the Business Intelligence (BI) technology and describe each area of management together with practice examples how to use the BI methods. The aim of this thesis is created the brief guide of BI system implementing for Sandvik Chomutov Precision Tubes company.
