The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of a residental building in the stage for the implementation of the construction, including a study. The bachelor thesis also includes a technical report, a thermal technical assessment of the roof according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [1] and a static calculation of the two-flight reinforced concrete staircase. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into a text part and drawing part, which are processed within the scope of the assignment of the bachelor’s thesis.
