Abstract

This Baccalaureate work deals with entering of proprietary rights and other rights in rem into Land register. In this work, a history of Land register is shortly characterised, further on, it shows what is the present-day Land register based on, content and subject of the Land register and methods of entering into the register. To understand the issue of the present-day Land register, it is necessary to have knowledge of its history, for the history is something it results from.
