Abstract
The possibility of converting seemingly unreadable data into a visual form provides the user with a more natural view of the given problem and, thanks to this, significantly speeds up the interpretation of this data. With support on almost all platforms, JavaScript is a very popular technology in the field of visualization tools and libraries. This work deals with the creation of a JavaScript module for interactive visualization of selected protein properties in 2D and 3D. Specifically, the work focuses on JavaScript technology and its use in data visualization, existing visualization tools and libraries, and integration of the module into an existing web application. The work describes the architecture of the created module and the problems that had to be solved during the creation of such a module and the chosen solution to these problems, such as the synchronization of several separate components and communication between them. Furthermore, the thesis describes the process of creating the module, the integration of already existing libraries into the module, the description of the final solution and the results of testing the module. The work also includes a short section about the project for which this module was created.
