Naplňování cílů strategie Evropa 2020 prostřednictvím realizace politiky soudržnosti EU v České republice a na Slovensku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení finančního a věcného pokroku realizace Národního strategického referenčního rámce v České republice a Slovenské republice a jeho následný přínos k naplňování cílů strategie Evropa 2020. Práce je rozdělena do 6 kapitol, kdy čtyři z nich jsou obsahové. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vymezením strategie Evropa 2020 a politiky hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti EU. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na socioekonomickou analýzu České republiky a Slovenské republiky. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá vyhodnocením finančního a věcného pokroku Národního strategického referenčního rámce České republiky a Slovenské republiky. Poslední kapitola se zabývá střednědobým naplňováním cílů strategie Evropa 2020 v kontextu věcného plnění strategických indikátorů NSRR..

The Diploma Thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial and physical progress of implementation of the National Strategic Reference Framework in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and its subsequent contribution to achieving of the Europe 2020 Targets. The thesis is divided into six chapters, from four of them have content. The second chapter is focused on definition of the Europe 2020 strategy and economic and social cohesion. The third chapter describes the socio-economic analysis of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The fourth chapter is about the evaluation of financial and material progress of the National Strategic Reference Framework of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The last chapter is focused on the of medium-term implementation of the Europe 2020 Strategy targets in the context of the material progress of the National Strategic Reference Framework strategic indicators.
