Abstract

CAPEK, Sebastian.: Apartment house in Hlučín: Bachelor thesis VSB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226 Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Igor Krčmář The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the residential building in Hlučín at the level of documentation for the execution of constructions. As a source and basis for this work, the architectural and urbanistic study elaborated within the course Studio Work I. was used. The documentation also included project documentation elaborated within the course Studio Design Va. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on the analysis and issues of the talked area. The analysis is followed by a specific solution of the proposed object. The residential building is located on land with planned residential development in the immediate vicinity of junctions of streets Školní and Dr. Edvarda Beneše. A new line connecting the station with the city center to which the house is adjacent is also passing through this territory. The main part of the thesis is a text part of the project documentation, with an attachment in the form of a drawing documentation of the talked object.
