Bachelor thesis deals with ensuring OSH of single employees in risk workplaces. The introductory part of thesis describes the theoretical definition of OSH from the employer´s perspective and risk workplaces. Next part of bachelor thesis describes kinds of collective and individual ensuring of single employees. In the final part of the thesis is performing the analysis of systemic shortcomings collateral and evaluation of OSH collective and individual ensuring.
