Abstract
The thesis topic is „Secured foreign claims of the company Ferram Strojírna, s.r.o.”. This is primarily to ensure claims relating to production and engineering services both domestically and abroad. The theoretical part describes the creation and liquidation of claims on prevention and hedging instruments receivable, risks in foreign trade and finally the actual enforcement. The practical part in which I prepared the status and development assets in the years 2009 - 2013. According on this analysis, I propose possible measures to improve claims management companies Ferram Strojírna, s.r.o.
