Vliv kulturních odlišností na výkonnost mezinárodních týmů ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The master thesis, called „Influence of Cultural Differences on the Performance of International Teams in a Selected Company“ aims to assess the effect of cultural differences on the performance of international teams in a selected company and propose some recommendations, which should lead to improve performance of these teams. Theoretical part contains description of an interview and topics like intercultural management, culture, intercultural communication and teams. Short description of a selected company is followed by a practical part, which contains description of differences in Czech, Chinese and Canadian culture and presentation of interviews, which took place in a selected company. Thesis ends with a chapter dedicated to analysis results and several recommendations for organization.
