Bezpečnostní studie ohrožení vlakového nádraží Pardubice uloženým NVS

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje bezpečnostní analýze ohrožení hlavního vlakového nádraží v Pardubicích v souvislosti s uložením nástražného výbušného systému (NVS). Úvodní část se zaměřuje na právní předpisy a problematiku NVS, včetně jeho konstrukce, účelu a možných způsobů iniciace. Je rozebrán vliv exploze na stavební konstrukce. Praktická část práce se soustředí na popis hlavního nádraží v Pardubicích, analýzu rizik a výpočty dopadů exploze na nejohroženější části objektu. Závěrečná část obsahuje návrh opatření zaměřených na snížení rizika uložení a iniciace NVS v těchto prostorech.

This the diploma thesis examines the security risks associated with the potential placement of an improvised explosive device (IED) at the main railway station in Pardubice. The introductory section focuses on legal regulations and provides an overview of IEDs, including their construction, purpose, and possible methods of detonation. Is analyzes the impact of explosions on building structures. The practical part of the thesis describes the layout of Pardubice’s main railway station, evaluates security risks, and includes calculations of explosion effects on the most vulnerable areas. The final section presents proposed security measures aimed at reducing the risk of IED placement and detonation in these spaces.
