Role médií v popularizaci vědy se zaměřením na VŠB-TU Ostrava

Abstract

The content of this thesis is firstly description of the role of the media, both in society and in science. At the beginning of the work is therefore a detailed description of the role of the media, even in historical and legislative context. For an even better idea is described popularization of scientific research in the Czech Republic and abroad, especially in Europe. The main aim of developing this thesis, however, was to find out what are the possibilities of popularizing science projects at the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava and their evaluation. A large part of the work is devoted to the description of existing and new opportunities for popularization of scientific projects at the Technical University of Ostrava. The result should be an inspiration and a description of new possibilities for this technical university in the popularization of scientific research.
