Bytový komplex pre seniorov v Klimkoviciach

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a residential complex in Klimkovice, focusing on sanitary installations and ventilation of sanitary facilities. The documentation is prepared in the scope for the implementation of the construction. The thesis deals with the design of a three-storey residential building without a basement, which also includes non-residential premises – a café, a dining room, and health service premises. The design includes paved areas, especially a terrace and a driveway for parking vehicles. The thesis deals with a comprehensive solution for sanitary installations, including the design of a water connection, a sewage connection, and ventilation equipment for sanitary facilities. A significant part is focused on rainwater management, in particular its accumulation from the roof and terraces, its subsequent use for irrigation of the vegetative facade, infiltration of excess water into the subsoil, and drainage of rainwater from the paved driveway into the public storm sewer system. The work also includes a proposal for a hot water preparation system using renewable energy sources, specifically solar collectors located on the roof of the building.
