Abstract

The work was written on the theme analysis of marketing communication for personal agency. At first there is a charecterization of the personal agency MERKURO TEMP, s.r.o., which is this work done for, and problems of using the chosen marketing tools by this agency . The second the literary background research was completed from domain marketing with a view to marketing communication. And following the choice of these tools is compared with the marketing communication with other personnel companies. The inputs were gained based on marketing research. On the basis of the questionnaire final recommendation was written for better marketing communication for personal agency MERKURO TEMP, s.r.o.
