CHOWANIOK, M. Laboratory Education Model for PLC Controller: Bachelor Thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University Ostrava, University Study Programmes, Department of Control System and Instrumentation (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering), 2015, 49 p. Thesis head: MAHDAL, M. This bachelor thesis is dealing with educational model for PLC. Model used for teaching programming PLCs and work with logic inputs/outputs and analog inputs/outputs PLC. Include in the model is a regulatory part, comprising regulating the air flow in pipe, temperature control and regulating brightness at light bulb. The education model is designed for PLC Siemens. A validated for PLC Siemens Simatic S7-1500. PCB design, to adapt the voltage levels and the connection of the PLC, was implemented in Eagle PCB editor. Program to verify the functionality and features demonstrations educational model has been designed in a programming environment Step 7 V12, which is part of the development environment TIA Portal.
