Základní právní povinnosti z hlediska bezpečnosti práce při podnikání bez zaměstnanců

Abstract

There are a lot of requirements for securing and health protection at work in valid law prescriptions. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to make clearer basic obligations and other requirements related to keeping safety and health protection at work, which follow from the law prescriptions and concern entrepreneurs without employees and to emphasize other requirements. At the end of the thesis there are stated requirements of chosen persons, who are concerning the problematics outsider the working law relations.
