Systém motivování zaměstnanců

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation system of employees in the company which is called “Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a. s.“. Its aim is to analyse this system and propose advisable improvements. In the first part of this thesis the several selected theories of motivation are introduced. In the second part the practical analysis of motivators of this company is made using of SWOT analysis and benchmarking. Consequently changes to the motivation system are proposed, which should make the system more effective.
