Webový systém pro vnitro-organizační agendu

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout a implementovat aplikaci zajišťující snadnou správu vnitro-organizační agendy zadavatele této práce. Na základě jednání se zaměstnanci zadavatele jsou sepsány požadavky na nově vznikající systém, následně proběhne krátká analýza možného řešení, které je na trhu dostupné a výběr nejvhodnějšího z nich. Výsledné řešení je pak zachyceno pomocí UML diagramů, které byly potřebné pro vývoj a nakonec proběhne jeho implementace. Výsledný webový systém je rozdělen do tří na sobě nezávislých modulů. První modulem je plánovací tabule, která slouží pro správu aktivit s klienty zadavatele a jejich filtrované výpisy. Plánovací tabule obsahuje aktivity ze všech jednotlivých úseku, do kterých je provoz zadavatele rozdělen. Bezstravenkový systém umožňuje zadávání jídelních lístku elektronickou formou, identifikaci objednané stravy klientů pomoci RFID přívěšků a objednávání stravy pomocí tabletu. Posledním modulem je přehledná evidence klientů a žadatelů o Odlehčovací službu a možnost rezervace této služby prostřednictvím internetu.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design and implement an application that ensures easy administration of the intra-organisational administrative work of the Orderer of this diploma thesis. On the basis of the discussions with some employees of the Orderer, the requirements for the new administration system were written down. A brief analysis of the possible solution available on the market will follow and the most suitable solution will be chosen. The final solution will be partially demonstrated by using a UML diagrams, which were important for implementation. The chosen web-based system is divided into three independent working modules. The planning board is used for activities administration with customers of the Orderer and their selected listings. The activity board contains activities from all individual sections, in which the operation of the Orderer is divided. Non-luncheon voucher system enables entering menus electronically and identification of the customers ordered food by using RFID tags. Ordering of the food is accomplished through devices like a tablet. In addition, the last module is a lucid register of the customers and applicants for a Respite service (if you take care of your parents, you can accommodate your parents for a certain time here) and possibly make a reservation of this service through the Internet.
