Zhodnocení systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The Diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of employees’ remuneration system in a chosen company and is carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part focuses on the theoretical basis of employees’ remuneration system, which are needed for the second part of this work. In the practical part the selected company is characterized and its current process of employee remuneration is evaluated at the establishment in Opava and in a warehouse in Ostrava. Then, the results from a questionnaire survey are analyzed and subsequently proposed changes, that should lead to an improvement in the system of employees’ remuneration in a chosen company TIPA, s.r.o..
