Strategie rozvoje a systém financování vzdělávací soustavy

Abstract

This thesis analyses the development strategy and the funding of education in the Czech Republic. The first part is focused on clarifying the relation between the public sector and education and the description of the structure of the education system in the Czech Republic. The second part deals with the development of education and the characteristics of the founders of legal persons performing activities of schools and educational facilities in regional education. The content of the other parts is an introduction to some of the goals and reform measures set out in the Long-term Plan for Education and the Educational System of the Czech Republic for the years 2011 - 2015 and analysis of the system of financing education and evaluation of selected targets and reforms in the basic and secondary education and funding for regional education.
