Abstract

Theme: Availability Management Implementation of IT Services by ITIL The objective of my thesis was to design the methodology handbook for implementation of availability management in small and middle-size business. The theoretical basis contains ITIL Best Practices for the area of availability management. In the analytical part it is described how to determine the user right availability requirements and current situation analysis of availability management in small and middle-size business. The design of solution consists of the design of general sequence of availability management implementation, followed by more specific design of procedure for small and middle-size business and case study, where using the examples some availability related questions are being solved. This thesis helps to understand better and supports the ability to implement availability management in small and middle-size business.
