Abstract

A vision of every organization is to have perspective employees with a necessary knowledge that could be used to reach the company's targets as best as possible. Despite the fact mentioned above a question of downsizing is also an inseparable part of Human resources management. In my thesis I studied especially the process of stuff reducing and all the related problems. Nowadays, the process of downsizing caused by redundancy is a problem of many companies. It is a difficult process for both sides - for the employee and the employer, as well. That is the reason why the ethical aspect is so important to take into consideration.
