Shluky mikro- a nanometrických částic kovů ve vzorcích krčních mandlí

Abstract

Main aim of the bachelor work was to analyze micro- and nano-sized matellic particles in the human tonsil tissue samples. The work is consist of literature review of sources emitting solid particles into the environment, toxicological parameters of particles, entry routes into living organisms and possible effects on human body. Further analysis of bioptic and necroptic tonsil samples and proposal of other methods for detection particles were discussed.
