Hodnocení efektivnosti investic

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickým hodnocením efektivnosti investic v podmínkách tržní ekonomiky. První, teoretická část přibližuje popis pojmu investice. Je zde vysvětlena jedna z nejdůležitějších činností dlouhodobé prosperity – investiční rozhodování. Druhá část je věnována popisu hlavních metod hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investic, jejich důkladné rozebrání, včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod a v neposlední řadě také riziko spjaté s investováním. Obsahem praktické části je ekonomická analýza efektivnosti konkrétního investičního projektu v podniku REDA, a.s. Ke stanovení efektivnosti této investice jsou použity následující metody: čistá současná hodnota, index rentability, vnitřní výnosové procento a doba návratnosti.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of an investment in the market economy. The first theoretical part of the thesis describes the term investment. There are explained by one of the most important activities of long-term prosperity – an investment decision. The second theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to describing the main methods to assess the economic efficiency of investments, a thorough disassembly, including their advantages and disadvantages and the risk associated with investing. The theme of practical part of the thesis is economic analysis of the efficiency of an investment project in the company REDA, a.s. To find out the efficiency of the investment I used the following methods: Net Present Value, Return of Investment, Internal Rate of Return and the Payback Method.
