Abstract

Author: Petr Čupera Thesis topic: Problem Solving Imrovement at Supplier for Automotive Industry This thesis is focused on the systematic problem solving which might be applied to any problem solving process in any organization. There are described particular steps of the systematic problem solving in the theory part including utilization of suitable tools. Actual process analysis of the systematic problem solving is described in the practical part and it was performed by the help of questionnaire and personal discussion with respondents. On the basis of the research evaluation there were proposed corrective actions in order to improve actual situation. The thesis goal was to uncover and define the weaknesses in the systematic process of the problem solving and by the help of suitable actions to achieve the improvement.
