Abstract

Topic of this thesis is called „Analysis of competitive environment in industrial bussines“. The aim of this work is to outline the development of the competitive surroundings in the sphere of industry by using PEST analysis. In the first part, the thesis deals with the terms market, market potential, competition and competitive advantage. The second section describes the methods of analysing the competitive environment. The final chapter focuses on the application of the PEST analysis demonstrated on a particular industrial company.
