Realizace měření dechové činnosti pomocí EKG

Abstract

This bachelors thesis focuses on the subject of extraction of respiratory signal from the ECG. In the theoretical part the respiratory system is described as well as the hearth and how they influence each other resulting in the change of the ECG when breathing. Individual methods were described and one of them was selected for this thesis, which was the R amplitude method. The practical part is mainly focused on digital processing of the ECG signal from patient for the method used. But also the design of the measuring analog circuit is included. The results of the derived respiration are compared with the real breathing activity.
