Využití finančních metod pro regeneraci brownfields

Abstract

The submitted diploma thesis is focused on the regeneration of the former military building Monoblok in Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the overall issue of brownfields, related concepts and categorization and typology of brownfields. This section is complemented by current funding options that can be applied to brownfield regeneration. In the practical part there are suggested possible solutions for the regeneration of Monoblock in Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí. One proposal is elaborated in more detail and it is supplemented by the calculation of financial costs, graphical visualization and the possibility of financing the project.
